The instructor will make every effort to provide modifications, but you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
Equipment and Tangible Goods: The class may involve the use of yoga props, mats, and other equipment. While the instructor will ensure a safe environment, you are responsible for ensuring the proper use of any provided equipment. Any damage or loss of personal belongings and equipment during the class is not the responsibility of the instructor.
Health Considerations: Prior to engaging in the class, it is advised that you consult with a healthcare professional to ensure that participation in physical activities, such as yoga, is suitable for your current health condition. The instructor is not a healthcare professional and cannot provide medical advice.
Physical Touch: The instructor may offer hands-on adjustments to assist with alignment and posture. This will be done with utmost respect for personal boundaries. If you are uncomfortable with physical touch, please communicate this to the instructor before or during the class, and alternative adjustments will be provided.
