I've been going to Pims yoga classes for about a year. I was reasonably new to yoga and was nervous to start the classes but I'm so very glad I did ! The classes are fun, we have a giggle, and Pim encourages us all. I've met some lovely people to. The yoga class has helped with my balance, which due to health problems was an issue for me, with Pims help and encouraging words I'm improving slowly but surely.
Great environment, lots of fun, and a chance to meet new people. Pim definitely gets a 10/10 from me.
I have been attending Pim’s classes for a few months now and I have to say it's a joy to attend. The classes are informative and quite the workout and the ambience is chilled and relaxing. Imogen is warm and attentive without the hands on approach some yoga teachers have. You work at your own pace and there are always ways to increase or decrease the stretches. I have seen an improvement in both my mental and physical health and would highly recommend her classes to anyone.
Attending Pim’s yoga classes has been a transformative experience for my mental well-being. Her classes provide a sanctuary where I consistently find positivity and rejuvenation. Each session leaves me feeling not only physically invigorated but also mentally refreshed
I have been doing yoga classes with Pim for about 18 months - I love my weekly sessions and find them really beneficial both in mind and body. The yoga can be challenging, never over extending and always re energising and relaxing. Her beautiful studio is light and bright and well equipped and every week there are different aromatherapy fragrances complementing the yoga. Pim always explains and demonstrates the movements clearly and the savasana at the end is both relaxing and restful.
Attendings Pim's yoga class is such a pleasure. The yoga studio is beautiful, with candles, plants and the scent of herbal oils which give it such a relaxing and soothing ambience. Pim is lovely, always upbeat and joyful. The class is a wonderful mix of stretch, strength and relaxation and I always float out of the class at the end.
I have come to depend on Pim’s yoga sessions both as a means to keep my body functioning at its best and also as ring-fenced moment of peace and calm in the week. She adapts sessions to the needs to those there and is incredibly kind and welcoming. Xxx
